How do you become an enforcer?

I was looking for gameplay videos showing someone playing an enforcer, but can't find any. Anything I find relating to enforcers says that they have not yet been implemented in game, but the posts are from last summer.

Does anyone have any current information on this? It sounds very interesting and my husband and I would like to explore that option.
