I've discussed with Jules about possibly adding cheydinhal, cropsford, etc as possible battleground locations.

multiples judges could solve the issue, especially if the terrain has higher ground nearby that they can stand on

Yeah, we considered doing them in locations with LOS as it would add a dimension to the fights. Generally GvG's don't include LOS as far as I've heard because it's meant to be as equal as possible. But we can talk about it with people who are interested and see if they're down. I don't mind doing whatever everyone prefers in this regard.

You should consider them. From a pvp moral standpoint, you might actually start to revive interest in pvp if different locales were introduced not normally seen on videos thus far.

But I can see the challenge LOS brings and how it can bring stalemates to fights that shouldn't happen in a guild vs guild duel.

Also, if any teams are low on templars I'd be happy to stand in. I can quickly spec to heals if needed.

I made the suggestion because some guilds enjoy attempting to outplay other groups using terrain and LoS. It certainly adds more dimension and excitement to the fight imo.

I suggested you let your challengers choose the locations to prevent any salt that may come from using the terrain to win. I assume Haxus would welcome a challenge almost anywhere.

This would actually be worth trying to coordinate next PTS... Being that PTS rarely ever seems to get stress tested properly for group play because it ends up diluting from groups into people dueling to test out builds at whatever common meeting point.

Plus I've been curious about fighting the EU guilds too but cbf to reroll servers ;D

My suggestion is to tailor the fight to the number of players.

In a smaller 4-8 person fight, LoS is awful. I remember players like Rooty running endless circles around trees and causing mayhem because there is no LoS on heals. Small group fights should be in the open.

12 or above should have some sort of LoS, cause 90% of good group play is movement, timing, positioning. Setting up a 12v12 like a Legends duel doesn't appeal to me.

We made 2 posts regarding ZOS to let the PvP community be involved in creating these arena's and battlegrounds. But no response.

I already see some excuses brewing in this thread...there are two specific guilds I want to fight with even numbers and in completely fair environments. Hope they step up to the plate!

I haven't seen many excuses in this thread. You seem to have 3-4 groups eager to show, all the rest is quibbling over rules. Looks like it should be a fun time for all.
