Wow.. I didn't know people were doing this but then again I'm not much of a PVP player. Gotta hand it to them for thinking of this though. Sounds like a pretty smart way to bypass the system. Not to worry though I'm sure the devs are aware and will do something to fix

My guild has sent in video proof of a guy doing the same thing in childrend. ZOS told us he would be banned. A week later I find him on his EP toon in an EP keep on top of the wall, bipping off about how ZOS spoke to him but didn't do anything blah blah all the while letting AD telestrike up the wall in to our base. Clear as day in my video too.

The cherry? I posted it here trying to get some sort of punishment done and I'm the one who gets warned and almost banned.

Think given the amount of time such things has been around is a good sign ZOS doesn't really care about exploits and such when it comes to pvp

In real war traitors get shot so your logic fails there if you can't kill a traitor it isn't war it is a farce.

I just find it strange even in a few other mmos I play, whenever there are known exploits and things people do they do go around from time to time and handle and look into it, then you see a blanke t msg that such and such has been dealt with that everyone can see, ZOS doesn't even seem to do that...cause it seems like most every sinmgle pvp loophole or exploit is more or less around in some forum from day zerio

Very true. Traitors cannot get shot in this game.

But what could happen is Zenimax, acting on behalf of the injured faction and having received clear evidence of the behavior, could condemn the traitor and, oh I don't know, maybe ban them from the game?

Really, I didn't even think this was supposed to be possible. I have two characters and they cannot be on the same campaign. How do these people have both an AD and an EP character in the same campaign?

The point that the OP is making is ZOS doesn't ban them and this continues to happen in fact I think someone said it was labeled as PvP politics by ZOS or something...

if they join a group and a group leader ques as a group I think it bypasses this restriction... to make it worse this restriction is planed be lifted completely so this abuse will get worse.

ZOS you give away 1 million bucks to some random player, but then gift your player base THIS and call it PvP.

Simple solution. Make a DC toon specifically for this circumstance so you can assassinate the scroll carrier and run it back to your keep. You can use this "exploit" to fix the problem.

It's your best bet to get this in the right hands and let them do their investigation.

Except, being a Double Agent or Spy carries some pretty significant risks in real life. There is no risk in game, and thus no point in doing so other than to inflate your own narcissistic ego or cheat the system as that is the only way you can win. Cheating is cheating, and even if you personally don't classify it as cheating within your own moral and ethical code, then you certainly cannot disagree it is unsportsmanlike and cheap. Most gamers want to play a fair, competitive, and challenging game. ZOS letting this stuff go unpunished, as they do with all exploits, is driving me away from the game. It has literally gotten to the point where all in game achievements are questioned. Did you earn Emporer or simply engage in emporer flipping? Did you earn that necrotic horver pet or did you down scale dungeons to get all your achievements? Did you earn 501 CP or did you bot your XP or exploit something like Camo Hunter (when it was a stacking exploit) to do 1500 5min speed runs of vCoA? Hell, now people are even paying money to have others remote their accounts to beat vMSA.

PvP exploits are even worse as it more directly effects other players gaming experience. Did you run two mundus stones and a set other than TBS via the exploit? Did you have the benefits of both vamp and WW at the same time? Did you single handedly wipe out an entire zerg by exploiting Camo Hunter or Monster Trap? Etc. All these things result in massive benefits on the battle field.

ZOS really needs to take a long look at their policies, because as it sits right now, I don't know a single person that believes ZOS gives a (poop) about exploiting or cheating. Everyone believes, unequivocally, there will be zero repercussions for it and therefore the only deterring factor is ones' own moral code. And it is quite unfortunate that most peoples moral compass doesn't quite point north.
