Still waiting on fixes. Following are the specific issues. Each of these has been shown to me deliberately and reproduced in the past week.
It hits through block half the time.
It can be made to hit with multiple WBs in one animation.
You can still layer a heavy attack with the initial WB animation.
And consecutive WBs without light attack weaves have a reduced animation of .4 seconds (much skill).
