No weekly reward again.... And today a 6 hour maintenance that probably won't fix an f'ing thing. Extremely fed up with this game screwing you out of time and money. Canceling my subscription until you can figure out what the f*ck it is your doing.....

For trial runs, they are aware, several other posts. For some has been a prob since thanksgiving. I now worry for PvP campaign. I hope I didn't just waste a month

vMA and PvP leaderboard rewards are still functioning normally. It's vDSA, HRC, AA, and SO weeklies that are no longer giving rewards. This has been the case since Orsinium launched. I am among many people who have submitted dozens of support tickets for this, and we've all been either outright ignored or told it was working as intended.

I started a discussion about this once recently, too. It was removed by forum admin, presumably because I mentioned my lack of appreciation for customer support. Perhaps I was too aggressive in my post? Frankly I gave up on this problem, because it's not on the to-do list for the devs, and support won't help.

Yeah, Zenimax are atrocious with customer support and just responses in general, always an automated response or if they actually do respond, it's usually useless drivel. I had help with another game today that bugged out, they responded within the hour and helped sort it out through several mails, that's things I can only dream of with zenimax's customer support, maybe not even then....

Haha such a huge aspect of the game to blaintenly ignore am I right? No competitive pve side. That *** they call Pvp.. Is just lag. And to top it all off they just keep pretending everything is fine.

atleast the rewards are just break down junk, i mean you cant even fill the leaderboards anymore, just complete it once and wait for your vr12 breakdown junk item a week later. I wish they wouldnt even bother sending rewards unless the boards actually filled

While this is true in part, some gear from previous trails (even at vr14) is still very much viable. I still run footman, for example, and so do many other respected tanks. I sold a legendary vr14 healer ring a week after Orsinium launched for 250k. This stuff is still worth getting (at least of some it).

That's all fine and dandy, but can you actually tell us if this is at all being prioritized?
Your support system does very little to aid us in the matter. I sent a ticket a while back and didn't recieve an answer for 3 days. Once I did get an answer, Support simply copy/pasted some generic response about a bug and how to report it properly. It's pretty atrocious that support most likely don't even read the tickets sent to them...
To make matters worse, after 4 more messages, I finally get forwarded to a person who can help me. I'm fine with this person needing information to verify my credentials etc, but when I put them in the OP already it gets alittle tedious...

I have submitted a dozen tickets, and have been ignored by CS. One of my friends submitted a ticket and was ignored as well. After submitting another, she was told it was working as intended.

Sadly, same case for me. I haven't even bothered running any PvE content since I didn't get my rewards from SO back when it was the weekly sometime in November. Submitted a ticket, was completely ignored and never got any form of response, not even a generic reply. Really wish this would be handled - but honestly, I don't care at this point. v14 rewards aren't worth a damn thing to me anyway. Rewards scaling to v16 in Patch 2.3 will make up for it, and I've been saving my satchels in preparation for that.

I am inclined to agree with you. But what happens when the gear scales to vr16 and we still don't get our rewards? I assume, as I'm assure everyone else does, that it will be fixed by then, so no worries, right? But at least in the meantime, we could get a little support from CS. I'm owed about 5 weeklies at this point, and I finally just stopped submitting tickets.
