Levelling up PvE is useful for PvP?

Hello! If I level up all solo PvE-elements and do also Orsinium, will this improve stats for PvP such as better skills?

Useful pve skill lines for pvp are:

-Fighter Guild (level-up by killing undead/daedra)
-Mages Guild (level-up by collecting lore books)
-Undaunted (level-up by doing dungeons quests, achievements and dailies)
-Legerdemain (level-up by stealing/pickpocketting) mainly for the 40% sneak cost reduction

Beside those you can level every skill line in pvp.

Pve is very useful to level up character you should do every quest in a zone and after you complete every zone fully you should play orsinium and then you can play pvp as vet 12.

I think leveling up a character in PvE is good choice for gaining skills, passives, and experience.

I tend to go straight into PvP at level 10, so I can build up my Alliance Wars Skill line. When PvP is slow, I will PvE to get skyshards and books.
