Cannot pick up any PVP quest! HELP!
On my vr14 Templar, I haven't been able to pick up any of the quest you get from the boards. On any of my other characters I am able to. I abandon the welcome to cyrodiil a while back and I haven't been able to do that quest ever since. The welcome to cyrodiil quest line is now bugged. I cant start the quest line any more to unlock the cyrodiil quest boards.
