Do all of the Undaunted Monster Sets have an internal cooldown, and how long is the internal cooldown?

An internal cooldown can be determined by the "can only be applied once ever X sec" line.

    IE: Nightflame

(1 items) Adds 135 Max Health
(2 items) 2% chance when healing an ally to create a totem for 10 seconds. Totem heals allies in area for 96 every 1 second. This effect has a cooldown of 15 seconds.

    Another example would be

    Maw of the Infernal

(1 items) Adds 135 Max Health
(2 items) 5% chance on light or heavy attacks to summon a fire breathing daedroth for 15 seconds. Basic attacks deals 188 Physical Damage.

IIRC, though this one doesn't specifically say that it has a cooldown, it basically states that only one daedroth can be summoned within that 15 second.

I may be completely wrong on the second, however.

I'm pretty sure everything has an internal cooldown, including monster helms. As Omnidevil mentioned, it's easiest to gauge these internal CDs when stated directly or implied by specific time frames in the tooltip. But this doesn't mean that something that doesn't specify doesn't have a cooldown.

Take the Maw of the Infernal set piece, for example. the more obvious portion of the internal CD lies within the concept that only one daedroth can be active at a time, which in essence means it has at least an internal CD of 15 seconds. But there is still an internal cooldown to everything, and even the CD on the daedroth may be longer than 15 seconds. In some cases it may be negligible.

To illustrate, imagine there being a delay between the first daedroth expiring and the first opportunity that the 2nd can spawn. This delay might be something as minuscule as 0.1 sec, but this is inherent to just about everything in ESO. Even instant-cast skills have an internal CD, meaning that there is a delay (albeit negligible) between when the first cast completes and the opportunity for the second to be cast.

This is, in part, why animation cancelling makes weaving skills together more efficient. Cooldowns operate independently from animations. No matter how much of the animation one may shave off of a particular skill, it still cannot be cast before the cooldown expires - even if this cooldown is incredibly short.

Actually I'm not sure on that. At least I'm fairly certain you're able to summon a second EG sphere before the first one expires(in which case the first one will "die" and the second one take its place, but it can happen before the first one "dies" normally, or at least it has to me).
Don't think I've used other sets enough to be sure. Am finally using Kena now but haven't been paying enough attention to timers to say whether it can proc twice within 5 seconds or something.

Engine Guardian should have a internal cool down. That thing is so broken.

If Nerien'eth has one, it must be tiny. I've managed to trigger it twice in one second several times.

As far as Engine Guardian and Nerien'ths I think they have a very short cooldown.

You cant proc the effect while the effect is active but you can proc it right after the effect has ended.

When they nerfed Valkyn, I believe it was said that all Monster sets have an internal coodown. I've never seen two engine guardians or two lich crystals at the same time so they probably do.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

Thanks for all your input guys. Mixed answers regarding the EG. As long as my EG set carries on proccing as much as it does then I'm good haha.

Really? I'm about to drop it for pvp. It just doesn't proc enough. Gonna slot 3 willow's path instead for guaranteed regen.

EG has no cooldown OP. It can spawn a new one right as the other ends.

Yeah seems to proc quite often. Not always the one I need though (magicka mostly) but the extra stamina it gives helps with blocking/breakfree costs and extra health is always welcome.

I'm pretty sure EG still has an ICD, it's just very short. Since the two spheres are mutually exclusive, the first one is replaced by the second. But there is still a short period of time in which it cannot proc.

Yes, it is broken coz EG is one of the sets which 2pc effect can be fully nullified.
