The health regen reduction is pretty heavy, I'd like to see it cut in half or replaced since health regen builds are already pretty gimped without losing vamp as an option.
Here's an idea... don't progress beyond stage 1 vampirism... then you don't have health regen problems. It is always amazing how vamps complain about health regen, but then allow their character to advance to stage four. I keep my vamp at stage 1, occasionally stage 2 but no further and I never have health regen related problems.

1) A fix to the gap closer mini-stun as this would solve much of Mist Form's issues.
2) A fix to Expert Hunter proc'ing way too often. A global proc cooldown (~2s) would likely solve this.
3) A slightly longer stage duration and/or way to control stage degredation when in dungeons or Cyrodiil (even a farmed consumable like soul gems (blood vials?) could work).
*4) A charm/fear ability would be nice as well.

1) Need more to solve mist form, being eligible for auto-targeting and the alliance war floaty symbol over your head (not sure if ZoS did something about this, been a while since I've seen an enemy vamp use this abaility) really undermine the whole purpose of the ability.
2) The cooldown is actually in place! But stealth ignores the cooldown which is why triple porc one shot builds are a thing.
3) Interesting idea, however stage 4 is so beneficial I'm not sure this is worth the effort.
4) Yes it would!

I agree that vampires need their fangs! Of course they also need to grapple and bite their prey rather than looking like they are drinking from a crimson garden hose! Dear gods how I HATE that feeding animation!!!!

What I don't get is if Vampires are so naff why is every other person in PvP a vampire, every battle I am in has at least half a dozen bat swarms going round.
I personally believe that people who play Mortals (Non Vampire non Werewolf) need some bonus a divines bonus they can get at a shrine or something like that.
I never said anything about her being a skeleton.TX12001rwb17_ESO wrote: »Why do vampires have slower healing even at stage 1? the quest in ESO states that Lamae Bal ,when she was turned her bones healed before the nomads who cared for her indicating vampires have super healing...so again why do we have slower healing?
Just for clarification: "Her wounds healed." She wasn't a skeleton that gained flesh. It's not "super healing"... but yes, she did heal right before the priest's eyes.
