Crashing when attempting to leave Stormhaven

My game crashes every time I try leaving stormhaven. Wayshrine travel within Stormhaven is fine, but I crash when I try to travel to another zone. I also crash on logout and when attempting to enter the outlaw refuge. This is the vet zone for EP.
