I keep trying new things to resolve my crazy crashing, so far nothing has helped.
I tried something new and I did find an interesting bit of info. Because I clocked my RAM lower for last possible solution, I decided to re-run windows experience index to see how much it affected my PC's performance. I've run this probably about 6-8 times in the past, all before I loaded ESO and it always ran fine. Now, for some reason, running the windows experience index also crashes my PC exactly like ESO does. It has never crashed my PC before.
This is making me think that when I originally loaded the game, it installed/upgraded/changed the version of something I had already on my PC.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_TristanK ,
could someone please tell me a list of the 3rd party software items that the ZOS installer adds or checks to upgrade? It's starting to make sense now that its one of these software additions that's been persisting through all my ESO upgrades, that's responsible for my crashes. Perhaps someone happens to know what might be in common with the windows experience index and ESO?
