Horrible Lag

I recently picked the game up again last month and after installing the new patch I've had really bad lag and changing the graphics settings didn't help at all, is anybody else still having lag issues and is there any way to fix it?

Have you checked your internet connection?

No but seriously, have you tried turning your monitor off and on again?

I ran 5 speed tests and the download speed stayed between 34 and 39 mbps
