Need some assistance with dps and heal for my sorc

I don't really have a build but I have been reading alot about Sorcs and what I want to do is to be able to deal damage and heal as well. I currently am using Destro and Resto staffs, and have all of my Sorc trees unlocked. My High Elf Sorc is level 46. On my Resto Staff I am using Hardened Ward, Healing Springs, Healing Ward, Shattering Prison and Liquid Lightning. On my Desto Staff I am using C-Frags, Endless Fury, Crush Shock, Bolt Escape and Structured Entropy.
I am mainly going for PVP without getting housed. I have 43 magicka atttributes and 5 health at the moment. I'm not sure of the stats, but my armor isn't really enchanted, I just use what has the highest defense number to be honest.

I am looking for a buiild that will help groups in PVP with damage and healing not just one thing if you know what I mean. So any kind of help would be great.

    i would get daedric curse onto my main damage bar if i were you,

    I run on my destro bar the following

    Crushing shock,
    Daedric curse,
    Hardened ward,
    C-frags,
    Streak,
    Ultimate - Greater Atronach

    Resto bar,
    mages wrath,
    other morph of shattering prison,
    Healing ward,
    boundless storm,
    harness magicka,
    Ultimate - power overload

    I run 5 light and 2 heavy on my sorc,
    all magicka enchantments,

    I have all my attributes into Magicka,
    currently i am running 5 trinimacs,

    I have been using V Curse but took it off in PVP. Do you feel that works in PVP?
    I am on and off with boundless storm, not really sure how to use it.
