I had trouble logging on this morning - I have had two crashesd - I cannot trnasition to caves - I have waited a 'timed' 5 whole minutes and still waiting to get into cave.

Would someone fron the Company please have the courterey to tell us WHY!!!!

    NA? There is a huge banner on top of this forum that tells you the server is down for Maintenance, so yes, they did tell you why.

    Nope- I have been playing the game but it keeps delaying transistions.
    On my loading screen it sdays the server is online.
    I am not the only
    It doies not say the EU server is being maintained

    There are two servers and they are probably on EU I have been having the same issues on PC/EU all morning wish they would just do the maintenance here even it does take them the best part of the day to finish hopefully some of the horrible lag in orsinium will be cured and I can play the game properly for an hour or so

    Sounds like what happened a few months ago when they did a patch (I know its Maintenance) but it caused issues with EU server and vice versa. Hopefully it will not take as long as the last time. Well, go take a shower, walk the dog, make your bed ... do something the time will pass quickly (hopefully)

    Nope - I am on EU server and there is no indication they are presently being maintained. So long as |I don't have to transistion it was working fine.

    There are issue with the EU server from some reason. Haven't had an explanation yet but this thread should be where they say something

    No one from the dev team is even looking at the forums been almost 11 hours since they posted anything pack up the game for the day / month / year and come back then see if they managed to fix anything or just make it worse

    Hi everyone. While we were performing maintenance on the North American megaserver this morning, we ran into an issue that impacted the PC/Mac European megaserver. This is causing an issue with logins, so we are aware of the issue. That said, anyone currently in-game should not be affected (but note that if you log out, you won't be able to get back in).

    We are working to restore logins as soon as possible, though please understand that it may take upwards of a couple hours. We'll keep you updated.

    Most the forum managers are probably still sleeping because it's 7:48am here. Those that work on the maintenance end are scheduled to do it when they'rte in the office I believe. Anywho. NA had issues in the past when they did EU maintenance, this might be a continuation of the same issue. I am sure they will say something about it when they've had their coffee and or figure out the issue.

    Serious question, because I don't know how customer service works in general, and whether it is common practice or not - does your customer service department work 24 hours a day?

    In the companies I've worked for - yes, its common practice. But those have been multi-national corporations.

    If you're running a 24-hour always-on service across multiple countries then it would be pretty poor business practice to leave a customer service black hole.
