It was already scheduled (see the text in the yellow section above). It sucks that it comes on the heals of a PSN outage, but there isn't much ZOS can do about that; not their fault. It was already scheduled and coordinated with Sony.

✭✭✭✭A user noticed the difference on when they logged in on their PC. Login screen said 4am and the maintenance alert banner said 6am.
