Crash on launch

I am trying to run eso on my 2015 macbook pro 13 inch retina. The specs should be good enough to run it, but as soon as I click "Play" it crashes. Heres what it says on the crash report:

Could anyone tell me what is wrong?

I believe there is something currently effecting ESO servers. No matter what zone I am in ping is in the red.

I'm having the same exact problem. I went to the support team and it took them 4 days to respond, and even after they did, they didn't even read my questions because it gave an in-game solution to accessing financial storage. If you figure something out, please post.
