Unable to get an access code from the automated system since the Orsinium DLC!

I have been trying to access my account since the Orsinium DLC dropped. The problem is I am not receiving an access code from the automated system. I only recently was able to even log into the forums. And yes I check my spam/junk folder etc. Can you please send me an access code so I can access my account please? Thank you.

Ranph✭✭What the hell is your company's problem? I can't log into support or my account, and you jerks send me a closure note saying my issue has been resolved! Please remove your head from your backside and look into my issue! Again, since the Orsinium DLC dropped I can't log into my account! I have done everything reasonable to try and fix this issue on my end, and there is nothing wrong. So this issue is on your end! I need an access code so that I can log into my account and change my password etc!1

I was a beta tester and just got the Tamriel Unlimited disks. I have also tried to get my account up and running and they have not sent an Access code.
To make things worse, if you want to contact costumer support, you must me logged on, and to log on you need the access code. They really FUBARed on this.0
