    Seeing as I can spend 3 hours in there make thousands of stones and AP while I'm at it and maybe die once after killing group with 4+ members is tons of fun. It's what the IC is all about. If you getting frustrated or upset is a by product then so be it. It's a game, you don't have to play in IC if you don't praise the one true Lord.. Lord or Lords .. Lord Git Good.

    You just know that playing in IC will grant you higher chances of encountering less PvP-talented players and feel good at their expense.

    It's not against the rules, not even against morals... but think... is it better to be "good" against "other good" or... against "weaker" ?

    Time spent in Axe IC only happens when Azura is too laggy to play in. You have no idea who you are speaking too. I will continue my mass farming of stones thanks to all of the AD who don't know how to roll, block, let alone have any reaction when a non scripted opponent attacks them.

    But... you're honest about openly wanting to find and beat only unexperienced players ;-)

    I got ganked twice in axe ic lost about 5 k stones total last night one red and one blue. The red player was superb the blue player should not be ganking both followed our group of 8 for over an hour the red waited until our armor was toast then took 4 of us out, soul tether... stun, 2 tornados and a power extraction.... Dead. He got 22k stones from us and deserved them all and got away from the other four of us. The blue died a lot and killed no one. Glad they were there keeping us on our toes. If they want to hang there and wait for the occasional kill hats off to you.

    A gated Imperial City does not exist to create a safe haven for PVErs to farm in without any danger. Read that twice @anitnajoneb17, you seem to be under the impression that a gated campaign exists in order to make PVErs happy. A gated Imperial City exists because this is what PVPers asked for because it is the ONLY way to ensure that cyrodil remains relevant. What point is there to controlling cyrodil when the main reward for doing so is handed out to everyone ? Gated access makes it more simliar to Darkness falls where the reward for controlling the player keeps is this awesome farm/grind zone. In Imperial City's inception ALL campaign gates were to be locked unless you controlled your home keeps.

    I think the mixing of pve and pvp is very cool. It's what got me into pvp. I had learn how to fight to keep my stones, and didn't have to spend more time repairing walls and horse riding than I did fighting. I think that it is a good way to get pver's into pvp, and vise versa. Of course there are conflicts, nobody likes dying, especially to another player that will get some of your loot. But that is what makes for a meaningful incentive to be careful and try to improve your build and skill level.

    If players are kicked out of the I.C. upon a pvp death, it will totally remove all pvp elements from this pvp content (only pvp update since launch). All a faction has to do is lock the campaign down with dedicated emperor and large numers. I also think whichever faction has it locked down will attract more players, making their buff campaign nearly permanent. This will make pvp much less meaningful, as you would only have to roll an ad character (in this case) to gain access to this content without having to ever be exposed to any pvp.

    This is especially true if you consider that the map and emperor don't reset at the end of the campaign.

    Why should I read twice ?

    I know that the original concept was that all campaigns were gated, and I was all in favor of it : it added more sense and incentives and thrill into both overland Cyrodiil and IC. A PvP-free IC being one of them.
    Now when you say that it is the only way to ensure that Cyrodiil remains relevant, I can only disagree when I see how dead the Axe campaign is as compared to non-gated campaigns (at least on PC/EU).

    Actually I never understood why PvPers tend to gather all on one map ("'cause that's where the action is") instead of creating fight on all maps. And I think the maps/keeps should reset at the end of each campaign.
