I managed to login on the forums, however I cannot login via email browser code because I can't recieve emails any idea why?

I am having the same trouble. I can get onto the forums but not get an Access code to play the game or get online. and to contact customer support, you must be logged on. its frustrating. this is the 4th day i have tried to get an access code.0
