Hey guys,

Just wondering are there any out there still running 2 piece skoria. I mostly pvp but I do like to dabble in the occasional pledge/trial to keep things spicy.
Currently running 5/1/1 for m/h/l for armor. 5 hundings/ rest in nights silence for the regen and 3 agility/endurance depending on situation with 1 kena shoulders. My class is dk stam and imperial. He sits at 4K Wp damage with 69% crit and 362 cp with 38k buffed stam. currently on my DW/2h build he pulls around 16-20k dps on single target sustained. I was wondering since I run many Dots would it be wise to swap over to 2 piece skoria. I was hoping to find some numbers from people who actually have that set and used it to see if it would be worth my time to run this as I only have the infused shoulders at the moment.

As for Dots, he runs burning breath, unstable flame, caltrops, rapid strikes and I can even throw in blood craze if bleed effects would work on a certain boss. Sadly most enemies are immune to bleed or so I've heard :(

How often does skoria proc for you guys? An ftc screenshot on a boss with a breakdown of damage done by skoria in a boss fight would be verrrrry much appreciated and thanks for your time!

    No. Something is wrong with the proc rate.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    I can't supply you with numbers, but I can tell you it was heavily nerfed in the Imperial City update. Proc chance is crazy nerfed and the damage was nerfed aswell.
    I just tested it quickly to see the proc-chance for a mag DK aswell as a templar, and throughout a 30s fight, it procced a maximum of 2 times over 5 different 30s fighs. To compare, Nerien'eth procced an average of 5 times. The damage average is slightly higher than the tooltip, but nothing amazing there. Nerien'eth is far superior, and Molag Kena even more so.

    It seems skoria is a no-no for now... Sadly though I was pretty excited to try this out :(

    Last time I used Skoria I think it gave me something like 300-400 dps on a vwgt boss fight when IC released. Compare that to Nerien'eth which can give me about 1.5k dps, it's clearly inferior.

    Dont forget that the lich crystal waits for 3 seconds before exploding making it hard to effect some very mobile targets while the meteor actually lands on the enemy even if it moves (as far as I know)

    Hmmm that makes a decent point. I can't really run 2 piece kena because my build is min maxed and dosent have the sustain necessary for kena so I am making do with 1 piece kena instead. Looks like I need to try nerenieth or valkyns and see what works.

    Honestly, Skoria is not worth it, nobody uses it now, and if they do, well, they dont't have anyhting better or don't have a clue^^ Nerien'eth im sure is pretty pointless for pvp, and only useful on static bosses and AOE when your in the middle of a trash mob.

    Skoria is ok for magician dk when spamming AE dot damage they seem to proc fairly regularly depending if you use a lot of AE dot morphs. For single target fights it's pretty lackluster. I would not recommend using it unless you have a good rotation as a magician dk.

    Nierenth is solid as well but seems to miss a lot of things due to time
