Dark Exchange and Blessed/Quick Recovery Champions

Just a quick question, I have console so it is a bit difficult to see numbers (well impossible till ZOS does their job and adds them). The sorc skill Dark Exchange, is that skill affected by champion boosts in Blessed and Quick Recovery. Can one of the pc crowds confirm this to be true or not?

✭✭Anything healing is effected by blessed/quick recovery. Blessed boost healing that you do so say mutagen for example will be more powerful while quick recovery effects heals only you receive from say vigor will be even more powerful. But also say you get hit with a mutagen higher quick recovery means the more healing you will receive regardless of the casters healing powers.
