My understanding is that the set still doesn't amplify regen obtained from drink and still doesn't interact with Champion Points. Can we revisit this please? It's been a LONG time.

Reported this bug around 17 Weeks ago and even told them what exactly is wrong.

✭✭✭✭✭I think the same thing happens to Orgnum's scales set. If you are using drinks, it doesn't give you 50% increase in health regen (including your drinks).
Also, Torugs pact doesn't enhance the enchantment of master's weapons and I doubt it enhances Maelstrom weapons.
These are all fun sets and I hope they get fixed.0 -

I can confirm that both Orgnum's Scales and Willow's path mentioned, are indeed only affecting base regen stats. I can also confirm that the Torug's Pact set mentioned does not amplify master weapons or maelstrom weapons. Reward the theory-crafters by forwarding this to the right entities please

Well for the templars atleast they´ve claimed a couple of times that they´ve fixed things - which is basically a reset on ZOS´ timer in terms of dealing with the issue
