✭✭✭✭✭No. You needed to buy the PC version before a certain date in mid-2014. Basically, the console version was supposed to come out in mid-2014. When it got delayed, they made a special one-time offer where people who wanted to play on console could buy the PC version at that time and get their characters transferred to console whenever console came out.0 -
