Possible vMSA bug at round 6 boss?

I keep getting 1 shot over and over by that 50k-70k damage "spit". A friend of mine told me that there's a message that's supposed to pop up on screen about "subduing" her, and then i'd have to interrupt her, but i've dont it countless times and the only screen messages i've been getting are the ones that warn me of a swarm.
As much as I've been paying attention the entire round, not once have I noticed any warning message of the sort.
Anyone else encountered/encountering the same? Currently getting past this stage is impossible due to that, and extremely frustrating.
If it's indeed a bug that I dont see any warning, are there any other indicators? such as a certain % health that she does that? I've noticed it's been happening somewhere around 50%

lostavalon✭✭✭pretty sure shes got an enrage timer, you need to clear all webs from the pillars in a certain time before she does enrage and 1 shots you, the timer should reset each time you clear all 5 of them1 -

Function✭✭✭As people above me stated, that is an enrage mechanic you are being killed by. The longer you don't clear the pillars from the webs, the harder the boss will hit you with her spit.Edited by Function on December 25, 2015 4:35PM0

zerosingularity✭✭✭✭Definitely not a bug. This happens due to the boss gaining strength as time goes on, and the only way to reset her damage is to have all 5 pillars un-webbed at once, causing a field-wide stun. Depending on your DPS output, around 50% seems normal. You should be able to get 4-5 hoarver spawns before the 70k spits, just make sure to kill the spiders that web up the pillars.NA-PC
