Redguard

Orcs are more versatile if you ask me. For example when you're in boredom by wrecking everything near you, you can just make a health regen build or something that is somewhat tankier than FOTM wrecking blow spam build. Their damage bonus passive boosts your damage by a lot, that you won't lose big chunk of your damage for going defensive. It's even more useful for dmg focus builds for obvious reasons. So there is that.

You regain stamina through couple more other ways outside of your regen stat. Even more with a DK. Which makes regen oriented races such as redguard, an overplus. But that doesn't mean those races are bad. It's about what kind of build you play and your playstyle. If you use heavy attacks in your rotations or you're close to CP cap, you dont need redguard at all.
Just keep it in mind, If you block often with a redguard, you pretty much wasting your entire race choice.


However you can just ignore all these and choose orc eyes closed because they are ORCs. Freaking savage beasts. They do awesome fat characters with silly moustache.

Redguards sustain significantly better due to a regen passive and Adrenaline Rush and thus can gear out more for DPS while maintaining a base level of sustain. Redguard is probably better than Orc for stam DK, though the difference is probably quite marginal.
