Missing Maelstrom arena fire staff

I just upgraded my fire staff with 100% success it came up on the right hand side of my screen but its not in my inventory, and yes i have logged out and back in many times.

i have a video link below.

I WANT MY FIRE STAFF BACK IT TOOK ME WEEKS TO COMPLETE THIS AND ITS RIDICULOUS FOR IT TO JUST DISAPPEAR.

i QUIT THIS GAME IF THIS HAPPENS AND I SPEND BUY LOADS OF CROWNS EACH WEEK AND IM A ESO PLUS MEMBER
