I opened three tickets and finally i get a response. that its sonys problem. sony say its eso. ive done everything to resolve this. eso basicly said they dont want to help me. ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game and now im stuck on another account with no mounts and can only use 3 races. this is how they treat you.
