I believe you can get it from a questline in Wrothgar. To my knowledge, it can't be sold or crafted (it's a costume).PC/NA, Level 50 * Current Champion Points: 1600+

✭✭It's a costume which can be obtained in Wrothgar. You need to do 40 quests, collect all the stuff for the museum and do a few other, less time consuming archivements. Then you'll get a quest which rewards you with that costume.1 -
