How does one come by that? Obviously it's part of the new DLC, but more specifically?

Is that sold in the PVP boxen? Is it a motif for crafting?

It's a Bear head, actually.

I believe you can get it from a questline in Wrothgar. To my knowledge, it can't be sold or crafted (it's a costume).

Hmm, yer right, it does look Bearish now that you mention it.

It's a costume which can be obtained in Wrothgar. You need to do 40 quests, collect all the stuff for the museum and do a few other, less time consuming archivements. Then you'll get a quest which rewards you with that costume.

Costumes... ugh... I hate costumes. I wouldn't if we had costumes for each part of the body but whole body costumes forcing you into a specific look. Terrible.
