Dragons!

We should have them in game. I loved the battles with them. When running around then seeing a flying dragon above and following it till it lands and crushing its skull with a 2h mace. or whatever you prefer. It was so much fun.

Maybe they could implement under water combat and make a water dragon that breathes ice or something.

what's wrong with that the ice breath can freeze the water making suitable for walking on or trapping under water. ofc it has to have a health bar to break it ^.^

I agree; would love to see at least a boss fight in a dungeon with one, maybe if they ever add another zone in Skyrim (Whiterun and Throat of the World being the location). Please though, make it larger and more deadly: Perhaps the hardest fight in the entire game tough. Could be explained by a temporary rift in time, and actually be Alduin momentarily appearing, before disappearing again on his path to the fourth era.

this thread has a different swing to it and less negativity. I more or less want to see them flying around or making them into a boss maybe implement the water dragon fight somehow would be great fun :)

Well dragons are a part of elder scrolls. So that may be something in the future you might have to see. I mean even one of the classes the Dragon knight is already in game they are like the player versions of dragons. So technically are in game just as a different form. But I would like to see them flying around again and not be sleeping/dormant/away.

Well no need to be a negative nancy :) Under water combat and exploration is what made some of the better Elder scrolls games. Without it being an argonian is pointless because they can breathe under water. in such implementing the old threats with some new things would make the game pop. and exploration would be even more fun due to being able to explore the depths of the ocean only to find a dragon like monster and battle or even a kraken of sorts would be amazing. if you have things you disagree with as a constructive forum it would be helpful to say why not just I don't want it and end it there :)

Argonians are not "pointless". They have passive skills that make them quite good tanks.

The Game has Daedric Titans to fill the "niche" of needing Dragons. Dragons were not around during this time, and therefor not possible to implement into game play without angering a rather large group of the fanbase, something so lore-breaking could cause them to lose the license, since its all owned by Bethesda, and last and finally, it's cool you like Dragons, I like dragons as well, but it's also been done, rather recently in Skyrim. Just pop in skyrim and fight a few dragons, then come back to ESO.

Or just read some lore and accept that the dragons alive in this era can be counted on one hand, and even so they'd be in hiding.

aside from the listed above reasons, flying mounts would be dangerous in this game. Not only would PVP heavily suffer, but PVE would become useless as you could just fly over enemies.

No there won't be flying dragon mounts as the game isn't coded or programmed to support such things.

Yes there's a couple of dragons alive in lore in this era. No, the rest are dead or in hiding.

The Dardric Titans were born of dragons. That's likely the closest you'll get except maybe a trial boss if they decide to use any of the couple of dragons that are still alive in lore.

If you can just fly over enemies, and fast travel between places, you effectively create "ESO: The Loading screen" since you wouldn't be doing much of anything else.

Then go back to skyrim or find a dragon-related game of your chosing.

even if there are only a few dragons have babies and who knows the rate of which they grow. they could grow rather fast ;)

all the negativity is not needed this is a thread for dragons not against it so if you don't like it move on with your day. :)

Actually, dragons can't reproduce. They just simply "are". Like a lesser form of aedra.

then they can simply be more ;) either way can be created just because they aren't right now its been 2 years since launch being elder scrolls a lot can happen in 2 years.
