Zenimax CP across NA and EU Feedback.

So awhile back i put rant post up about the fact that i moved to NA from EU server, about 5/6 months before the CP system came out. So about 2 months ago i logged into the EU server and found that my cp was gone that i earned on NA and 'Everthing on the crown store i paid for had to be paid again. (This includes all of my crowns that i used)'.
So after a battle of emails zenimax finally gave me a email that was worthy talking about:
IF you cant see the email. The email tells me:
Greetings,
My name is Kathy with the ESOTU Customer Support's Escalation team and I'll be assisting you today.
We are not able to move items purchased from the Crown Store between servers, and we cannot issue refunds for Crown Store purchases.
This feature is not available, if you would like to see it become available, please submit your feedback regarding this by typing /feedback while in game. This sends the message directly to the developers.

I was not going to do it in game and just be one of those who was flooded out by trolls and so on the feedback section. So ill bring it here where the devs can see what the players actually want.
*EDIT*: I also have friends that want to move to NA or Move to EU or wish to play on both but they refuse 100% because of this problem.
JUST be aware even thou zenimax says they cant reminder they can do it with PC transfares to console. They should allow it here too.
So what would the player base want?
would you like to swap servers and have all your CP and Crown store iteams at your disposal.

You should not have to repay for something that's ALREADY on your account IMO. Anything purchased in the Crown store should be bound to your account, not your character with the exception of Motifs.NA Server - Kildair2 -

This is quite an extreme work-around and doesn't strike me as something zos would be comfortable endorsing. In the past all you needed to play on your non-native server was another client download. The current system is anti-consumer, needs to be addressed.PC | EU1 -

I disagree. All of the CP information is contained within Data Tables that could be easily queried and table loaded from one server to the other with minimal work.NA Server - Kildair2 -

Why should we lose what what we worked to get? I don't see the reason why and no one has really explained why they don't transfer. ✭✭✭✭✭I see complaints all the time that ZOS never communicate with the players or listen to their feedback, then when they do communicate and tell a player the best way of getting feedback directly in front of a developer the player says he's not going to bother with that and will do it a different way.
This topic may or may not be seen by a forum moderator, although if it is bumped the chances are it will be locked. It is unlikely to be seen by a developer. If you submit the feedback as recommended then it is more likely to be seen directly by a developer. Why is that so difficult to do?0 -

Honest ZoS i know you are somewhat new to MMO World and i get it take time for thing to be add but if you guys really sit down and read and listen to your player community tell you. I guess most off us have been around the MMO circus for sometime now we do know what would make ESO be even better MMO and it is small thing like :- CP across NA and EU

- Barbershop
- Race change
- Name change
- Factions change
- And so on

Now Crown store items...absolutely should be account accessible (This may require a crown store bank for crown items vs items being in an actual inventory) This would also require the crown store to subtract items after use but mounts, costumes, and DLC should be account wide just like ESO plus.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

actually im a pvp player and this game has gotten to the point it laggs a bit in PvE content aswell. it isn't as bad as the keep laggs in PvP but i do notice the occasional laggspike or kick0 -

I dont think u have any idea what causes lag... and you cant say population causes lag due to the fact on NA one server is always full! and the rest are not.0 -

I can go to both servers. Iv seen the population at prime time in pvp and pve and so on... I can clearly see which one is more active. PLUS EU has 2 more 30 day pvp servers than NA which 2 are mostly full at all times. While NA can hardly get 1 1/20 -

Just logged on EU. nope... still the same. 501 on NA EU 90... i have not logged on EU since decemeber last year. so... before 1.6 its unaceptable that zenimax expects you to grind. all that CP again.0 -
