I just upgraded my fire staff with 100% success it came up on the right hand side of my screen but its not in my inventory, and yes i have logged out and back in many times.

i have a video link below.

I WANT MY FIRE STAFF BACK IT TOOK ME WEEKS TO COMPLETE THIS AND ITS RIDICULOUS FOR IT TO JUST DISAPPEAR.

i QUIT THIS GAME IF THIS HAPPENS ......

    Are you sure it's not in the Bank? You can upgrade items that are in the bank, they don't have to be in your inventory.

    Yep i feel like such a idiot ... i had a full meltdown didnt realise it goes in the bank.

    I win idiot of the week.

    Don't feel bad, more players than you would think upgraded things that were in the bank and wondered why it was not in their inventory. Heck, I wasted more time going to the bank to pick up things to be Improved by my Crafters that I did not need to to spend until I realized that I could upgrade things that were in the bank.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
