Logged in and experiencing horrible lag. First time ever game is now unplayable.

So, first day I have logged onto ESO and have experienced rubber banding and serious unplayable lag throughout the game. I am currently on a lan connection at 66 Mbps and 5 mbps upload speed from speedtest.net. I restarted my modem and ipconfig released/renew and rebooted my PS4 so I know it is not my connection. I am unable to heal the dallies today. There is a 5 second delay to even swap weapons at the moment in town. First time this has happened ever.

Reevster✭✭✭✭✭Ya lag has gotten steadily worst since they advertised the "win a Million" More players means more lag sadly... some of the busiest hubs are real laggy. Worthgar is horrendous with all the dailies going on non stop.
