Crowns for store on consoles and pc

Hi i just logged in to ESO on my console and found i have 11000 crowns?! lol.. i'm wondering if i will also have 11000 on my pc account? I need to install it though to find out...
Are they split so amount to be across both platforms or separate or will I just have none on PC?
Wondering if i should just spend them on my console.. for the dlc collectors edition pack and the other one
