Some RPGs have one-handed weapon skills. They usually offer higher accuracy and critical hit %.this thread makes no sense at all, why would anyone want a one handed weapon.....
Who is we? I dont want 1h skilline and i think its silly. We hawe dw 1H AND SHIELD 2h. There is nothing missing!
Who ever heard of 1 sWord or dagger with nothing else?

Which would be a valid point if the majority of DPS came from light and heavy attacks and not skills. Lower DPS can be offset by having more flexibility and better defensive advantages.

Of course, but people do take the base damage of a weapon into consideration when making DPS builds, hence the Dual Wielders.

ZOS Please add a one-handed skill line.
I leave the details to you, but make it cool.

"DUELIST"
- specializing in using a single one handed weapon, fighting style emphasizes parrying, and finesse attack over strength/force.
Lots of games have had one handed weapon skills specifically *coughKnightsoftheoldrepobliccough^
ZOS Please add a one-handed skill line.

When not running a Sorcerer, I run characters that Dual Wield.
the fact that Steel Tornado is the only Skill worth spending points on in that tree leads me to believe that it needs a bit of work before adding in new skill trees.
there's just no variation possibilities in the weapon trees. In Dual Wielding, you have Steel Tornado. In Two-Handed, you have Wrecking Blow. They're all like that.
You have one "super skill", and everything else is crap. That's the opposite of "variety" in building characters, and IMO it needs to be addressed before adding in entirely new weapon skill trees.

what are you doing with your other hand?
Hand to hand or gtfo
