Was DW Spell Damage Nerfed?!?

Someone posted this comment on another forum topic and I'm just wondering if anyone has noticed this change or is it yet another UI issue where the correct stat isn't being reported correctly on the character sheet?

d8rmir✭✭✭The comment you are quoting says exactly how things work now. (EDIT: If I remember correctly, the damage buff is 5% and not 6%. Beside this, the comment is correct.)
Since Orsinium dlc, the DW passive Twin Blade and Blunt buffs tooltip damage instead of spell damage. I wouldn't call it a nerf though, as the final damage output is higher with this change.

What he said. This is them reverting back to the original way it worked it was changed to raise spell dmg with IC dlc.0
