With the economy in game so spread out Especially on console were some players transfered from pc. Shouldn't there be a New currency for this New Vendor that sells monster helms. How is an appropriate price to be determined when the player base has an uneven amount of money. Or should Alliance points be reset

Ummm no alliance point should not be reset.I worked hard for my AP and I want to keep it.I will agree that consoles prices for the vendor should be adjusted.For example let's say for a Helm or shoulder piece you would need 5 million AP on PC they should lower the price for console maybe 1 million or just halve it to 2.5 million.They need to remember Consoles players didn't have a year to gather AP we had 6 months so our prices should be lower.

Trust me, PC transferers arent that rich, back in the days, if you made 10k per day that was good day, now you can make 100k per day, if you put your mind into it, you can make 1 mill per week, 4 mill monthly.

Are you kidding me? On PS4 EU theres only one active Campaign and small chance to find someone in the sewers, if you go to empty Campaign, you can stay there freely as long you want. This is the reason why I think IC should be merged between all Campaigns. Not to mention I dont know if this is the good direction for the game, players can make 4 mill monthly, new mats should cost 200 TS per mat, instead of 50.

I know several pc transfers that have Millions of gold. The average player isn't even close to that. Not everyone enjoys playing in game economy's, some people just want to play the game. As for AP that whole system needs to be looked at. Right now if you play greedily and don't purchase seige you are rewarded. That personally dosnt make any sense to me. So why should stingy players reap rewards for never helping to push the map.

I buy siege all the time and still save up millions to spend on motifs and whatever. All it takes is a little bit of effort and figuring stuff out instead whining and asking them to reset AP (lol at that).

Thats so full of crap that new players are poor, you can make 100k in 2 hour, if you want, Im sure theres already new console players with 10+ mill Gold. I think its exploiting to go to empty Campaign and grind sewers with 4 multiplier, so merge IC between all Campaigns pls.

What? 500k AP (same for a *** motif) or the one thing you PVP players simply cannot bother to go and get legitimately and earn (to quote you all over PVP skills thread) and you think these coveted game changing helms should be the same prices as a poxy shield motif? Sorry but you've already done yourselves over here. Several million AP isn't hard to come by so get out there and earn some more. I hope they cost 500k Gold and several million AP.

Id agree with you if said items wasnt usable in cyrodiil. But it so happens that these helms are extremely useful in cyrodiil and can only be looted in pve, wich is BS if you ask me, im a pure pvper and hate pve in eso. 500k AP would be sufficient.

Exactly. 500k AP is GUARANTEED FOR BEING *** AT PVP monster helms aren't guaranteed from spamming regeneration over and over. Not many teams can carry some resto spamming noob through COA and WGT on V16. No chance. The main point is. People that are considered good at PVP are in fact just awful at PVE. Amount of people I've teamed with who are always on leader boards but go down like flies is unreal. These helms, our helms the PVE'ER helms should cost you a ton of points. Several million and at random weight and trait.

@DRXHarbinger I couldnt agree with your broadly painted analysis anyless. I am fairly certain the percentage of crap players amongst the two categories is equal. I find it funny that the alot of the best gear could only be obtained via PvP and sold for gold pre I.C.and that was ok. Now its flipped and people are tripping.

@TotterTates the same can be said about undaunted and fighters/mages guild skill line.

It is my opinion that they should cost a large sum of both AP and TV stones. Something like 2 million AP and 100k stones. This would also keep IC somewhat relevant.

After grinding for hours and hours to finish my collection through dungeon grinding, they can just be bought now?

They are not empty though, there's gankers and the occasional large group in most of the campaign sewers.

@Gunphu not true. WGT and IC sets are and were always the best sets in the game to date. 1 healer with spell power cure and 3 sorcs running overwhelming with Kena procs can rule anything in the game. PVP sets are great for solo play and support roles in trials but they aren't the best sets. I have no issue with these helms being sold I resent them being sold for the price as a poxy motif. What's honestly worth more now seriously?! The thing everyone complains for or the item all people buy with AP just to make a bit of gold?! These helms should be at least 4x the price.

There won't be a new currency for this. @ZOS will probably just make the items BOP the same as they would be if you got them in a dungeon. Then someone with 5+ million AP can't flood the Guild Stores with a ton of these and make millions in gold in just a few days.

But not a hell of a lot longer then it takes to farm a dungeon for a helm drop and then farm it again for the weight and trait that works with your build.

In fact countless hours praying to RNGesus is a much bitter pill for a PVE player to swallow then hours of PvP'ing is for someone who enjoys PVP.

Do you know how much time it takes to get a helm or a shoulder piece that you want? It is on average more that the time it takes to run a dungeon. For me it spears to be around 100 times.
So if we give helms for ap it should be at a rate that a unlucky dungeon runner gets them . Say ,the time it takes for 80 runs. So assuming the group is really good and does everything in 25mins. It cones to about 33 hours. So a shoulder would be fair at 33xAverage PVPer AP/hour.

The monster helm vendor is not currently in the game.

Brian Wheeler mentioned in the last ESO Live that they were likely going to implement a vendor early next year ... maybe when the thieves guild DLC comes out. Alliance Point cost of the helms were not specified. In addition, the vendor would only be available a couple days a week.

"legitimately" no i don't want to go in the boredoom of PvE(that is for me) ,since monster set are used in PvP too(they are not PvE item only) i want a REALISTIC way to get them without do PvE,1 Milion AP per piece would be alredy good as price,not something irrealistic like you suggest...
