Resto staff not increasing?

Been leveling my staffs and destruction worked like any other while returning quests it leveled an obviously using it. With the resto staff it just doesn't seem to be moving.

Erraln✭✭✭✭✭Weapon skill lines increase when experience is gained with A: the weapon itself currently wielded (not just worn, but showing) and B: that weapon's skills currently on your bar. Doing both at once is fastest, but not required.
Make sure you have either a restoration staff out, or restoration skills available when you are killing things or turning in quests, and it should level up. Obtaining a Training staff will make this go faster.5 -
TiberX✭✭✭✭After a certain level, around 35 the increase is much lover and it helps to craft yourself a staff with training trait to equip just when u deliver a quest. Dont forget to have it on the active bar when u do that.Officer of Ghosts and Goblins5
