Bleed effect.
If this info is out of date please let me know.
I've read that the bleed affect, such as the passive from axes, doesn't work on certain mobs. Does this also apply to "bleed" dots. Rending slashes for instance has a Dot and is displayed in deltias blazing harvester build.
Is this ability only going to work on some mobs? Or is it not a "bleed" therefore works on all mobs.

✭✭✭✭✭Bleed from 2h is bugged, it has 100% procc chance, but doesnt procc if you attack continuously. You have to stop dmging your target for 1-2 seconds for the procc to start or it will overwrite itself.

✭✭What I know is 2H bleed from axes bugged or something while what it doesn't effects are atronachs, skeletons, dwarf machines such as the spiders, and damage shields (which should change to effect damage shields).0
