mist form, tooltip error, or secret buff that's bugged?

Just noticed something in my mist form tooltip, that someone had said the other day.
Currently you don't regen magicka whilst in mist form.
But someone the other day when I mentioned it said "it states that in the tooltip"
Well i checked and it does not say you won't regen magicka.
Just read this

No where in the entire skill does it mention you shouldn't be getting magicka back while in mist form.
So has the tooltip changed? Or is this an incoming buff? Or I'd it currently bugged?

✭✭Esohead is no longer a reliable source, it hasn't been updated in ages.
Regardless of what is in the current tooltip, it's meant to be like that so you can't just mist around forever.2013

Then it's a bug, as the tooltip does not state you shouldn't regen magicka, only that healing magic isn't effective.
I know eso head isn't reliable, but that tooltip is the exact same as the one in game, I am a vamp on all my builds.0 -

Surely this can't be intended, cloak technically works the same yet you regen magicka still, also what makes you think it's a channel? It comes up as a buff with a duration. Surely if it'd a channel FTC would report it as a continues buff.

Well i posted this to get some confirmation from zos, as it seems unintended imo, there's no reason you should not regen magicka , when you can during cloak etc.
It's also a heavily bugged skill atm, since you're targetable, CC able and only get a 20% damage reduction, so the no magicka regen could be another bug.
But anyway I'm hoping someone from zos will confirm whats going on with this skill.0 -

I'm sure it never used to be a channel, infact a quick Google showing older pics shows it was an instant cast.
Besides that fact, when channing other skills I still regenerate magicka.
So is this a tooltip bug, or should we still have magicka regen during mist form?0
