Should vMSA be Nerfed?

    No. This is the only challenging PvE content in the game. If you cannot complete vMSA then go do normal.
    But its way TOOOOOOO long for solo content (about 1 hour)

    No it won't. We have already received a statement from Zenimax that vMSA difficulty will not be adjusted. Bug fixes and whatever is abnormal will be taken care of, but the difficulty shall stay.

    No. I'm on XBox one and have completed it on a stam NB, Magic sorc, and Magic DK. Is it challenging? At first, yes. Is it doabale? Yes. Do the bugs need to be fixed? Yes.

    People need to stop crying for a nerf just because they can't do it. At that rate, they should nerf all the HM's because many people can't complete them with optimal times.

    I will agree that magic sorcs and magic NB's have it the easiest and it seems the arena was made for them, but every class has tools to beat it. Just takes time and practice.

    I think everything is just fine if they just make cosmetic rewards for them. Briarheart sets means people are gonna whine until nerf it, and after that they even whine more, until every single player gets it done.

    No, but the normal version should offer VR15 version of the Maelstrom items.

    Then everyone has a chance to get them at least.

    Also, I never said anything about nerfs. I actually don't give two poops about VMA. But in its current state it is a waste of time for the average player, and to anyone who sees a need to farm the rewards I hope its not an excruciating struggle.

    As I've said in the past, I'm all for things being challenging but there is a fine line between challenging and a bad investment, being segregating/elitist with content, and poorly designed instant kill mechanics. VMA is all three of those things - it is inaccessible to such an extent that it simply isn't worth it which makes it crappy content.

    Edit; So yeah, you like it how it is? That's just fine by me. Keep eating crap and calling it icecream, cause hey it works for you right? Who cares about developing content that is accessible to the larger community. Its not like we want to attract players with content that is challenging but caters to many play styles and uses mechanics that are well thought out.

    You know they're going to add a new DLC in January/February which will make everyone forget about vMA. You doomsayers need to cheer up a bit

    No nerf, just the ability to SAVE progress like in non-vet Maelstrom.
    Stanko: Ebonheart Pact, CP 3600, Templar, Former Emperor on Azura's, Arena Gladiator, Flawless Conqueror, Spirit Slayer, Grand Overlord, Paragon, and of course Merciless.

    Casuals should do casual stuff....Wrothgar is a very nice zone....have fun there...
    Casuals should do normal Maelstro....its a good experience..prolly even a bit too easy if you ask me....ZOS should buff normal Maelstrom a bit..


    Casuals should not do hardcore content like vMA.....because you are gonna have a bad time.....
