Refreshing path steath nerf? PS4

It looks like refreshing path may have been stealth nerfed I was wondering why I was slower healing I checked the tooltip and I am seeing the same healing I always recall seeing but with the new 1 second interval that the performance enhancements promised yet every other skill has the same tic counter any comments?

✭@ZOS_GinaBruno I thought I was having much more problems than usual since the patch so I took a look at everything I use and refreshing path used to heal for around 660ish per .5 seconds on dual wield and I don't pay attention to the damage as I use it for the heals but I don't think that changed either but the time for both was increased to 1 second but the healing definitely unchanged.Edited by RAGUNAnoOne on December 18, 2015 6:52PMPS4 NA
