Only place I could recommend is cracked wood cave in cyro, unfortunately everybody goes there so most people can't do more than 15 mins before being ganked and having to ride the entire way back which kills xp per hour.0 -

Just get orsinium, better place, no gankers, quests give good xp, msa gives good xp0 -

Id rather not say, nor will others, as when posted on here zos has had a tendency to nerf the grind spots by radically reducing the xp gained there.
Just roam around, find places of quick spawning mobs and find a path0 -

This is what I'm currently doing. Dont want to waste exp scrolls/pots in cyro due to ganks and time wasted getting back.
I usually ran the one closest to my faction's gate. Even without xp scrolls/pots I was usually getting 400-500k per 40mins to an hour in a two man depending on how efficient we were. You could get it more efficient if you don't care about inventory and repairs. Rarely saw anyone as most people tend to go Crack Wood.
