eso.exe - Entry Point Not Found

So I updated my Nvidia drivers, and as soon as I restart the game, this happens

The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in
the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll.

Can somebody please help me? I can't play ESO!

    @SirAndy I tried to do that as my guildies recommend, but the button to rollback my drivers is greyed out.

    Are you using SweetFX by chance? It could be the cause.

    I am, but it looks like I fixed the problem by reinstalling the new drivers. Dunno what the problem actually was though.

    Okay. Go into my documents, elder scrolls live folder, live folder. Delete usersettings.txt. 2-3 months back my game was continually crashing. Also had sweetfx installed at the time. Went as far as reinstalling the game, which did not fix the crashes. Deleting the user settings files did.

    I deleted that file the other day to try to diag some weird graphics issues in-game. While it didn't fix them, I oddly got a huge performance boost just from deleting that file. Heh.

    Just means you'll need to go through all the agreements again at the login screen & adjust graphics again perhaps. Sets everything back to default settings as far as I know. Creates a new usersetting.txt file too.

    I'll try my best to help.

    Step 1. Download Display Driver Uninstaller

    Step 2 : Download the Latest Nvidia Drivers for your card and save them to your desktop

    Step 3: Run Display Driver Uninstaller it will ask if it can reboot to safe mode say yes.

    Step 4: Once you reboot in safe mode Run Display Driver Uninstaller and chose Nvidia and click the "Clean and Restart"

    This will completely and totally remove ALL any Nvidia drivers on your machine giving you a 100% clean slate.

    After it restarts run the latest Nvidia Driver package to reinstlal your drivers clean.

    Now run ESO and see if its fixed :)
