Stamina lock up glitch needs to be addressed on ps4 right now!

So for the majority of my cyrodil fights as a stam dk, my character suddenly locks up, twitches and doesn't respond to the buttons I'm pressing until my stamina bar drains. It happens every fight. Not to mention I can't break out of cc with a full bar of stamina.
Fix the critical and fundamental issues of the game and leave the champion system alone because area mic is full of unsatisfied players ready to stop playing. You're pushing it zenimax and you won't Iike the outcome
