I doubt it, they've never helped with anything for me. One time I accidentally deleted something for a quest and asked if the item could be added back to my inventory so I could complete it. They didn't even acknowledge the issue or say anything about high volume of requests, they just pointed me to the forums and wikis. What the hell are they getting paid for when that's all they do?

Luckily, for this quest the item reset itself where it was found when I deleted it, but I had to freaking figure that out myself by accident to finish what I was doing. Customer service probably has no clue that a mechanic like that exists. Nearly worthless they are.

And just for lols, one time I lost a quest reward item (the goblin costume) and they told me that quest items get removed from my inventory anyway. They didn't know that you keep quest reward items. Clueless.
