First time in group Q

OK so me and 2 other Guild mates used group Q for first time on daily dungeons. The normal was great. We got a pretty good healer (so I changed over to DPS on my Templar) and everything went smoothly. Was kinda pissed we couldn't Q for the vet with same group so we figured we would disbanded and hope he gets in our group again. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We got someone else, but figured it's just (vet) wayrest sewers so no big deal. The guy we got in our group had all three rolls toggled, so i tried to ask him if he was a healer.... too late. He runs head long into the sewer and aggros all the mobs. I'm struggling to heal with all DPS skills and then he bounces. I switch to healer mode and, (oh did I forget to say he never joined group chat?) And he comes back and me and my guildies are doing fine but he is out of range of my heals..... point of this story, my first day of trying random group Q was ruined by one nub and the fact that we couldn't do a second random Q with our original group. I'll probably never do group Q again.

That guy had managed to get to daily-capable levels and was that bad? Either that or he was a huge troll and you should have kicked him immediately for not replying in chat. What dungeon? You can 3-man some of them, so could have done that.

I find myself even accepting awful groups and finding ways to carry them through dungeons now that it at least works. I'm at the disadvantage of not being able to use a mic 90% of the time since i'm a parent full time. I swear my kid stays up later than I do at two haha. But a lot of the guys using it are pretty good guys just trying to learn maybe your guild can pick up some of them and help them out.
