Hey, if I could make the decisions at ESO, ALL the "special look" costumes would get turned into motivs!Can I haz motifs?
(and the rest would become non-combat costumes that uneqipped as soon as you take damage, I'd consider them "illusion disguise" kind of things...)
Buuuut, I can imagine how that would be suboptimal for many, many people...
