Advantages/disadvantages of being a werewolf

I'm leveling a Khajiit stam NB and found that I just got sanies lupinus. I'm wondering what the pros and cons are of being a ww.
Pros
PVP - no real benefit, as far as I understand
PVE - fun, good for some boss fights, clearing out camps, etc.
Cons
Blocks becoming a vamp (which has some benefits in pvp). But I wasn't sure if I wanted to be vamp. Just considering it for the sneak speed and bats in pvp.
Any other opinions?

Well unless your transform it doesn't do anything anyway.
In pvp it's really good if used right by the right build. My 12k howl of agony agree's.
It's expensive and makes you vulnerable to fighters guild skills when you transform but a werewolf's offence is it's defence.
It's how i deal with inf healing templars and people who don't let go of block.
It's also a nice change of pace when you do transform.

✭Something I noticed as a wizard fighting with werewolves is they dont have any ranged skill when they transform.Which leaves them vulnerable against my daedric mines

Agreed but to what extend though? In the end it'll cost me 4k mana to deal around 10k to them and restore 20% health in total.
Your mines won't do 10k dmg to werewolf's they also get a speed bonus and armour bonus.

Agreed but to what extend though? In the end it'll cost me 4k mana to deal around 10k to them and restore 20% health in total.
As a werewolf with health regen and other healing bonuses I can heal to full from low health in one hircine howl.

Blud✭✭✭✭✭I just did the Hircine's quest. The ww ulti says "when slotted gain 15% stamina regen." Is that right? I know it was the case before but I heard that got nerfed. But it says so on the tooltip as of today.
Also the Hircine's quest was bugged. I had to leave the instance like 5-6 times to get it to progress. Each stage required me to leave and come back in.0 -
