It is also absurd that my savant cannot pick up skills for all classes. They need to fix the game so that it does not force me to play a bunch of content I don't want to play for months to get good and level my skills.
The character is also uncomfortable wearing shoes. It is ridiculous that the game forces me to wear shoes to have competitive stats. Hobbits don't wear shoes and they traveled into Mordor and destroyed the Ring of Power. Dragons don't wear shoes. Why does the game force me to do so or lose out on armor and buffs?
I also want an rp character.. I want him to be like.. The emperor.. You know? But he was born emporer.. So right off the bat I want to be emp of cyrodiil. My character was also born in cracked wood cave right next to that little pool, and while my characters mother was giving birth the boss came over and tried to kill her so she had to defend me from him and when she killed him she gave me his bow, so now when I use the bow I want it to be able to 1 hit kill everyone. My characters uncle was also a master crafter so it only makes sense my character has all the crafting skills and motifs learned. Just sucks this game is so lame and it wont let me play the way I WANT TO PLAY. SMH by the way my father used to abuse my characters mother and he was a NB. So nerf NB so we can stop the domestic violence
As an experienced roleplayer, I will give you the answer you require.

Right off the bat, many roleplayers actually seperates themselves from the ingame storyline and character progression. Personally I do to an extend, yet not completely. This means that you can effectively take a level 3 character, run over to roleplayers and play on your 'Savant' fighter you dearly wish to roleplay.
I would advice to create a nice character profile / sheet in order for yourself to write out what your character is capable off, naturally as all roleplayers will tell you to, you should stay within the lore and give proper character reason for your characters abilities and current status in life.
As short as it may be, here is an example:
"Born in the early 2E 563, Dave M Dee was born as a battlehardened child amongst redguards in Hammerfell, young and eager to share in the traditions of old, Dave M Dee was taught by both his parents, and warriors alike to become a great warrior. Much like most other redguards aspire to, Dave M Dee too sought to master the way of the sword.
As the years progressed Dave M Dee trained harder than any other youngster in his village, and therefore became a greater warrior than any of his competitors. But in a crucial fight to see whom amongst the young were the most fitting to the bare mantle of the Sword, Dave M Dee slipped due to the slippery of his shoes, despite the sands resisting, his fall was inescapable. The young great warrior lost the battle, all thanks to the trickery of the weak. From that day onwards, Dave M Dee refused to wear any type of footware to prevent another fall in battle."
Short, simple and easy, and you've now set up a reason as to why your character is an experienced fighter, and why he never wear shoes. ^That is all roleplay backstory, and you're now fully prepared to take your character out into the roleplay communities, so you can play as your great shoe-less savant.
I would recommend to check up on TESO-RP.com in order to learn more about roleplay, and chat with us roleplayers.I also want an rp character.. I want him to be like.. The emperor.. You know? This one is more difficult, as the emperor is a lore specific title, or rather that Empress is taken by lore, which means that your character cannot possibly be the Emperor of Cyrodiil, claiming such will also be looked at negatively on the forums, as its an universal roleplay rule that you do not take the job from important lore characters.
But let me once again try to write something suitable up for you, my dear new aspiring roleplayer.
"Late 2E 565, a lost woman ran from the chasing Imperials who sought nothing, but the demise of her. Being late in birth, the woman had great difficlty to escape. As it seemed like a miracle had happened, the Imperials stopped their chase, yet unknowing to the young woman, she ran deep into the territory of the savage cracked wood goblins.
She sought refuge deep within the cave, yet not a moment too early she could no longer contain the child within her, and instead had to give birth to little Alec. Exhausted from the bloody affair, she could only manage to hide herself and the young Alec by the corner of the round cavern she found herself within, as she heard louder yells and laughters echo through the cave tunnels. Coming closer, the many sounds went deaf, until only a single drunk goblin chieftan arrived by the pool, about to puke.
Despite exhaustion, the women attempted to hold her breath, yet the cries from young Alec were not easily silenced by her mother, and therefore both were discovered. Swift on feet, the woman jumped at the drunken chieftain and pushed him into the pool, only for the goblin to drown thanks to his weaken state.
The mother hid with her young child Alec for a single night, until the faint yells and laughter of the goblins went deaf, as all ventured out to plunder another village. Taking no chances, the mother with Alec in arm fled the cracked wood cave with the goblin chieftans weapon.
Setteling down as a refugee at her uncle's workshop, Alec grew with the belief that he was the rightful heir to the Ruby Throne, the rightful Emperor of Tamriel. Unknown to him, his mother had deluded him through the ages, and with the master craftmanship of his uncle, he too were made a fine suit of armor that were only fitting for a ruler.
As a memory of the past, Alec's mother granded him the old bow from the goblin chieftain, a memory from his very birthday, yet unknown to him, her mother had it devilishly enchancted with venomous arrows, that swiftly kills its prey."
Right here you have a fitting roleplay story as to why, as you wanted it, your character -believes- himself to be emperor, why his uncle is a master craftsman, and why his bow is important, and magical. HOWEVER! it is important to keep in mind that your character strictly believes he is the emperor, but you as a roleplayer must know for a fact that he is not the true emperor of cyrodiil. This can lead to funny character interactions with other fellow roleplayers, where you claim yourself to be the emperor. These characters can then laugh at you and believe your character to be a complete nutjob Incharacterly, or they can be naive and believe your characters story (IF Alec is good enough to convince them Incharacterly!) and maybe try to help your character "reclaim" the ruby throne!
That sure sounds like an exciting plot and adventure to me!
But yeah, there you two have it! Come along to TESO-RP and join your fellow roleplayers for amazing fun with roleplay in Tamriel! Its awesome and highly recommended. If you need help just ask a fellow roleplayer, and I'm certain they're more than willing to assist two aspiring roleplayers like yourselves! =D
TheHumanFloyd also wrote some exellent roleplay guide, should you be interested. They sure are a great watch!
I am aware the two were joking, but I couldn't resist, please don't kill me.
