High Elf Sorcerer Dest/Rest staff which skills to use?

Hi guys, I just reached vet 1 with my high elf sorcerer. Can you give me suggestions about main hand destruction and second hand restoration staff skills. Which skills should i use in pvp?

Depends on your playstyle. I have;

Main Bar - Destro:

Force Pulse / Crushing Shock (whichever morph you like)
Curse
Streak
C Frag
Surge

Dawnbreaker

Second Bar - Resto

Hard Ward
Healing Ward
Curse
C Frag
Boundless Strom

Atronach

This is easy to use, and very versatile. But it is also very defensive compared to other builds. I do not have a dedicated "buff" bar, as many Sorcs do.

Anyway, this is what works for me.

For destro, you'll want crushing shock for sustained DPS and to interrupt people casting magica detonation or hard casting frags etc.

For restro staff, healing Ward is your BEST FRIEND!

Everything else can be a mixture of other sorc abilities like curse, frags, hardened Ward, whatever you find comfortable. The other skills in destro and restro staff aren't very useful in pvp so I'd stay away from them UNLESS you want to have fun with those abilities. Flame clench can be fun to use, but costs a lot, and does low damage.

Than you for your comments I really appreciated. My destro skill line will be like streak, crushing shock, c frag,mages wrath for execution, surge and ultimate is overload it is really amazing. Btw i would like to learn about curse, i never use it, is it really useful? Because i attack like first i activate surge then hard ward then crushing shock when c frag proc i use it. I really would like to learn about curse.If it is better than mages wrath i can switch it, i know they are different but in overall which one is better?Also my rest bar will be like hard ward. Healing ward combat prayer ,streak, and c frag ultimate is overload again it can restore magicka and i think that atronach is not useful for pvp?. Do i need combat prayer or healing springs when i have healing ward? Cause i also would like to heal my friends as well.also how is boundless storm is it really good or necassery with healing ward and hard ward? Btw what do you mean by you do not have dedicated "buff" bar? For flame clench i heard that people with reflect ability can throw u out from castle walls.

I don't think you need frags on both bar you'll get enough procs through crushing shock but that's just me. You'll need an execute so use endless fury, it's an awesome execute. With that said you can replace frags on your back bar with harness or deadric mines. This is my destro setup.

Destro:
1) Frags
2) Curse
3) Endless fury
4) Crushing shock (this is a better morph for pvp the interrupt is awesome)
5) Surge
Ult: Dawnbreaker

Resto:
1) Deadric mines
2) Harness
3) Hardened ward
4) Healing ward
5) BoL or streak

Ult: Meteor or atro

I sometimes swap out mines or harness for proxy det but since you're vet 1 don't worry about this.

This is a good starting point, you can also swap prox det for mines (less useful in moving fights).

As ult I mainly use Dawnbreaker of Smithing because it cant be dodged/reflected.
Backup ult is Barrier for the extra magicka regen on resto/streak bar.

Attack bar (Can be destro or dual wield for higher spell damage)
Trapping webs/Crushing shock
Curse
Frags
Hardened ward
Streak
Ulti: Meteor/Barrier/Negate/Dawnbreaker.... depending on situation & how you feel.

Buff bar
Daedric mines
Proxi det - Swap for restraining prison at V1
Surge
Harness magicka
Healing ward
Ulti: Energy Overload

Overload bar:
Prox det (Swap for mines at V1)
Defensive rune
Surge
Hardened ward
Streak

The idea behind this setup is that you get your main battle dps skills that you may spam all on your main bar... along with ward. Weapon swap often bugs or you'll have a fraction of a second to re-ward or die and having this on your main bar WILL save your life quite a few times!

Trapping webs is a good sub for crushing shock.... it's got a fantastic 50% snare, and can be used with dual wield for higher spell damage.

The buff bar us pretty self explanatory... surge for more spell power & heals, the rest of your wards, mines are great anywhere... not just in taking/defending keeps.

Overload bar has defensive rune... for long rides on horseback to help if you're ganked, and also to lock somebody down to get a couple of overload light attacks off... then their health is usually very very low and they're playing defensive.
